After that whole zombie thing, it just sorta.. died.

Not that the rest of Shaw's news servers are doing much better right
now, though. I'm seeing binary completion of only about 5-7% across a
lot of groups, where even single-parts won't download fully.

So Shaw users aren't participating here?

Since Shaw doesn't respond to user complaints, why should the users
bother?
